Concepts
This is the first step in actual design. We generate sketches and ideas then present them to you for review. Mockups, material samples, color samples, drawings, written descriptions, specifications, costing details and/or computer generated renderings (all kinds of things!) are used to communicate possible design solutions. Two or three concepts are typically presented. This may vary, however, depending on the nature and scope of the project. In budget driven situations a single concept is sometimes our goal. In other cases four or five concepts may be called for.
We prefer to present your ideas in person at a meeting with your key personnel. During our meeting we can detail our ideas, answer your questions and experience your initial reactions. If necessary, we can deliver our presentation electronically or by simply delivering our presentation materials for you to review privately. Either way, we leave your presentation with you for your further consideration and discussion. |
