Estimating, time management, time tracking, monitoring our status, communicating our status, and invoicing are the key components of our project management process. We estimate, track and bill our work on an hourly basis. We feel that timely, concise communication of project management status and issues is a vital component of a successful relationship with you. We also believe that the prompt communication of project management problems, concerns and issues is essential for the success of your project.

In some cases we may agree to work on a flat rate basis. In these cases we tie our projects to a tight specification of work and deliverables. We also set up a protocol for identifying scope changes and for billing such changes.
